Striking wallpaper design by Dan Funderburgh for Flavorpaper called Sharp Descent.

Santa Cruz recently paired up with Matt Groening to put out a fun series of Simpsons cruisers. The others are banana board shapes, a big Homer face, and even a Duff beer can, but this one with the re-done classic Rob Roskopp deck is the best.

One of the coolest hoodies I’ve seen in a while. It may also be the nerdiest – Traditional Greeting on Threadless, designed by Paulo Bruno. Why’s it got to be the asian dude with the nerd glasses doing the Spock thing? I’m just saying…
With all that Illustrator lets you do these days, it’s cool to see such smooth curves drawn by hand. Painted by Ryan Lange, these limited edition decks will be on display and sold by Code of Conduct Chicago. More info here

I don’t have a lot of time for sandbox type time-consuming video games anymore, but I’m interested in see how The Walking Dead will turn out. I hope it’s cool. There have been a lot of zombie games in the last 5 years. And, though it is fun, murdering mindless zombies does get old after a while if there is nothing else to do in the game. I hope there’s more to the game than just that aspect.
If the teaser wallpaper is any indication of the art direction on the game, then I’m probably going to be pleased with the result.
