Elecom Data Hook by Nendo

Beautiful and functional Elecom Data Hook by Nendo at Audiocubes.

Metaphys Lead Holder

Back in school, there was a serious fixation on pencils and pens in studio. It’s hard to find lead holders these days, at least ones that aren’t the standard $10 ones. The Locus Leadholder by Metaphys is a nicely rethought one. Available at my new favorite store Jetpens.

Milk Design Shop – Tyvek bags

These Tyvek bags by Milk Design Shop are gorgeous, as is everything else in their shop!

Cactus Toothpick Holder

Very cool toothpick holder for your tabltop by John Brauer, available at Moma

Saana ja Olli

How pretty are these Yö metsässä textiles by Saana ja Olli? I love the pixelated graphics.

Sincol x MT Wall Tape

I’ll take the Sincol x MT wall tapes over pre-cut wall decals. They are far more flexible and fun – you can play with diy graphics, shapes, patterns – start layering and take advantage of its translucency. They come in various widths, colors, and patterns. Plus, how cool is it that all MT tapes are rice paper based?

Pinned Key Chain – Nixon

One of the coolest keychains I have seen in a while – The Pinned Key Chain by Nixon is an oversized safety pin inspired keychain that doubles as a bottle opener. I like the little icons on the face.

Shadow – Jewelry Holder

This is a fun and unexpected way to display your jewelry – the Shadow, by Milk Design. I think it would be fun to have a bunch of different silhouetted figures on a wall to hold your jewelry…

Nike+ Fuelband

A pretty cool idea to track data for everyone/anyone – The Nike+ Fuelband – All your daily activity counts towards an activity index that you can track online.

2nd Shift

2nd Shift is a furniture and product design studio in Cleveland, OH. Their furniture has a clean aesthetic, and strives for functionality. The bench above was constructed without hardware, and can be stacked to go from a bench to shelving system.

The Key Plate (below) is a simple solution for misplaced keys. The Key Plate makes use of a door strike by extending it into a notched piece of stainless steel on which you can hang your keys.
