File this under odd but awesome – if I ever had the need for a safe, I would totally get the limited edition Millionaire safe by Boca do Lobo for its mix of materials and the awesome exposed gears (which perhaps make it less secure as a safe?). Apparently modeled after a 19th century safe which was the victim of numerous bank robberies after the Gold Rush of 1849, the original safe was never cracked by the would-be robbers. The Millionaire safe displays the marks of the break-in attempts, remaining deformed forever.
