Scott Campbell – Rainbow Barrier

Beautiful print – Rainbow Barrier by Scott Campbell

Carlo Borer – Otto Fan

Love this wooden Otto Fan by Carlo Borer. Beautiful (and pricey!).

AlessiLux Lamps

AlessiLux lamps are pretty pricey (~40+ euros!), but they are so good looking. Designed to be the focus of the light fixture themselves, the lamps are nicely designed.

The Working Proof: Blanca Gomez – Village

I am a longtime Blanca Gómez fan, so I am thrilled to share today’s print edition, Village, with you. Village was created by Blanca as a simple and calm portrait of her ideal landscape. As with all of her artwork, the landscape features simple geometric shapes and bright colors.

15% of each print sold will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières. Read our interview with Blanca here, and buy the print here.

aM laboratory – ToneMatrix

My friend, Mike, sent me the link to this awesome music application by aM laboratory called ToneMatrix. It is a simple sinewave synthesizer triggered by an ordinary 16step sequencer. Don’t ask me what that means, but it is a lot of fun to play with, and pretty to look at, too.

Superbrothers – Sword and Sworcery EP

Sword and Sworcery EP by Superbrothers was the featured game on iTunes this weekend. I checked out the app preview and it looked so incredible that I had to try it out. I haven’t completed one of the sessions yet, I only had 5 minutes to try it out last night and I’m not sure what I am supposed to do in the game, but its graphics and soundtrack are both pretty incredible. I’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the game is like.

Teams vs. Star Slinger – Close to Me

The Teams vs. Star Slinger LP is really good. And the video for Close To Me, directed by Jordan Kim is hilarious.
